I've been putting off getting DE for a while, but I heard that the 256x tech was added to DE as a cheat code. I had a lot of fun with the mod in HD, and this was one of the things that set me over the edge to buy DE, but I guess its locked behind an event that is over? Is this a reoccurring event that I would get another chance to get it, or is there another way to get it? If not its kind of sucks to lock content away from anyone who bought the game after a certain date.
Edit: The title should say "256x tech cheat"
