Farmers randomly stop farming

I ran into a bug that I thought was fixed recently and I'm hoping to figure out if I'm doing something wrong on my end. Every now and then I'll run into a problem where my farmers randomly stop replanting farms, typically only once I hit 30+ farmers. It's not a wood shortage and I checked to make sure I have farms set to auto replant. There's no reason for these farms to not be replanted, and yet the farmer finishes it off and just waits by the TC or mill.
