Playing as the Cumans

There are a few things I'd like to know about the Cumans and all of them concern their peculiar civ bonus.

• Is it possible to get away with feudal booming?
• How many vils should I go up on when feudal booming with no military.
• If it's better to make military how much of it can I invest in while maximizing their civ bonus.
• Are civ specific builds available for them anywhere?
• Does anyone know a link to a good Cumans pro game that shows how they should be played?
