The first two campaigns were good stuff (much better than Tale of the Dragon), though there's always room for improvement. For instance, the mission "Cerberus" could definitely use a chastening on Titan difficulty.
Here are a few things I'd like to see.

In the mission "Watch that first step", the dialogue could perhaps be slightly expanded upon to reveal how Kamos was the murderer of Arkantos' wife. This would help explain more of the animosity Arkantos has toward the minotaur.
If the original voice actors can't be reached, then have two nameless soldiers discuss it between themselves at a certain point in the mission. -
Add in objectives and triggers for the mission "Union" that help ensure the player doesn't arrive too late to the settlements (i.e. after the enemy destroys them). The triggers should warn when a settlement is being attacked, and perhaps even add in a "mission failed" trigger if they are destroyed.

Add a few more starting units to the player on higher difficulties in the mission "A Lost People" since early raids are otherwise very hard to fend off.

Make the mission "Atlantis Reborn" slightly easier on higher difficulties since it's otherwise a very slow grind toward the end of it Atlantean Destroyers aren't exactly the best siege.

Clean up numerous old/buggy triggers as needed. This would obviously extend to the Chinese campaign as well.
Other than that, the AoM campaign and the Titans campaign are very solid. There's nothing wrong with a bit of polish, though.
