Real talk for the DLC - I hope Burgundians get bombard towers

Completely ignoring the debates about balance, when Spanish were changed to the Mediterranean architecture there were no longer any West European civs with BBT. The design obviously still exists though so it'd be weird if the devs added a West European civ (which we havent seen in forever) that still didnt have them, especially since every other architectural style minus New World has at least one civ with BBT now.
