On DE obviously, but I like to tinker with the editor on most aoe games and just found out that DE has a ridiculous max pop in editor. Standard max pop is 250 I believe, in editor you can change it to 500, 1000, 5000, whatever floats your boat. No idea what the actual max pop is but I know it’s over 5k. Enjoy your gigantic wars!
