New Expansions Manual?

I asked to forgotten empires if they have any plans to make manuals like the original for the dlcs, they said they would love to see someone making something like that but they can't make it because of the other work they have, one of the features it's obviously the tech trees of each civilization and the new mechanics maps. Someone would love to see that happening just like me? There's already someone making something like that???
