Why am i not gaining elo?

I've just played 4 ranked matches, won all of them and im still at the same elo as before.

they were RANKED matches, played on different days. Still doesnt matter

Does someone have this issue aswell? How to fix it?

PS: This is just the normal AoE, not voobly or anything
