Looking for a good Dutch treaty strategy for 40 min treaty on the esoc patch

So first of all: i do know that dutch suck at treaty due to their lack in economic manpower. But that is actually the point. I am only playing offline with 5 of my friends and i am the best player in the round. Dutch makes the matches challenging for me, since i am kind of handicapping myself in economic means, while being able to field 50 percent bigger armies than any of them. But what i need is a really good showmatch or a stratguide for the treaty build, since i want to push the civ to its limits. Any suggestions? And i have already seen the strategy wall on esoc.
