Old multiplayer account retrieval

Hy Guys!

I just installed my 10 years old AoE3 on my notebook, and when I wanted to play multiplayer it said I already have made an account. Sadly I cannot remember the username and e-mail addres I gave many years ago. Is there any method I can contact the official game support with my problem? I wrote an e-mail to Age3Support@Microsoft.com which I found in http://www.agecommunity.com/support.aspx but they couldn't receive my e-mails for some reason, I also contacted Microsoft Games Support but they said I should investigate on forum.agecommunity.com which doesn't work either for me.

Now, do you guys have any advice or method how could I contact the support and retrieve my account information?
