So I have a 9900K and a 2080 Ti and I've tried with low graphics settings and the enhanced graphics pack disabled, with the same results each time. The graphics seem to stutter when I scroll the screen, and everything looks very blurry (much moreso than it should on my 165 Hz monitor at 120 FPS).
Anyone else notice this or have this issue? Is this just how the game is or is it possible this might get fixed?
