There is a bug with finished campaigns and/or finished missions on different difficulties.
This may not be important to people who play multiplayer only, but I love the campaigns and having the gold medals show up is very important to me.
I have finished all Joan of Arc missions, except the last one on Hard difficulty. They should show up as Bronze Medals (because of the retroactive update they had on medals, all completed missions turned bronze regardless of difficulty) AND they used to, last time I checked.
Same for Yodit first mission, which took some time, but I managed to finish it on Hard difficulty a couple days ago. It doesn't show up anymore.
Other campaigns I have played are still fine, but I'm afraid I'll lose everything if there is a bug that keeps triggering. At least achievements are never lost, but it's hard to keep track of full gold
medal campaigns when you're the type of person that plays multiple campaigns at once (to not get bored playing same civ more than a couple of times in a row).
