What does it take to get a good score on Cicero's build order scenario?

What is considered a good time and resource count to get to Feudal Age with 21 pop?

I'm a noob. Getting F's on the first build order scenario (scouts).

I'm hitting Feudal Age 9:54 with 240 wood 176 food.

I have trouble finding the second boar quickly so I lose some efficiency on that. Villagers working most of the time. What am I probably doing wrong? Tips?
