How do people instantly get everything going at the start of the game?

Takes me like 10 seconds or so at the start to hit H, Q to start vil, drag 2 vils hit qq for house, click the single vil for house, directing my sheep under house, then getting my scout moving.

Whenever I watch pros all of these factors happen damn near instantaneously I don’t get what I’m doing wrong.
