Portugese Fast imp feitoria on Arena

I've been messing around with this a lot lately and i really like it on Arena. Head up with 28 vils to feudal, 2 castle, 3 imp, send 4 or so to stone and when you hit imp build about 5 feitoria (with around 40-50 vils that you can lose). Then go bbc + arb/hc

If you get to it untouched (e.g. vs boomer) it is very powerful. If they apply early castle pressure (monk/siege etc) you can either go into a defensive sw/monastary or transition into straight castle play with an early castle.

It's very passive early but it is fairly low risk (as long as you have decent scouting) and is absolutely beastly if it pays off.

How has everyone else found it? Viper likes the strat but i think he is dubious about it in most situations as it is quite greedy.
