Why is my game stuttering?

So basically my game will freeze totally for like half a second, every 30 seconds or so. It does this despite my pc having good specs with an rx 5700xt, ryzen 5 3600x, and 16gb of ddr4 Ram. This freezing/stuttering does not happen in any other game I have on my pc. I have also uninstalled/reinstalled my AMD drivers but it still freezes. Any tips on how I can fix this? thanks guys.

P.S my internet speeds seem fine I got 24 ping on speedtest.net and my game will still freeze if I play single player.
