Bulgarian MAA -> Scouts -> Knights Build Order help

I'm a pretty new player that has transitioned from playing 2v2 with my friends vs AI to 2v2 in ranked team games. I can beat the extreme AI with 21 pop Ethiopian archer rush and do well online but now I want to learn/main the 20 pop Bulgarian MAA rush. I've watched the Hera video on it so I know the build up until there but afterwards I usually go into Scouts but I struggle with managing my eco appropriately at that point. I usually put 9 total on wood and then rest to farms after ticking up to Fuedal but then I dont know when to build my mine to get the gold for castle age. I'll end up having the food eco for a decent castle time but I wont have the 200 gold to make it happen. If anyone could provide a general idea of what my eco should look like if I plan for MAA -> Scouts -> Knights as Bulgarians that would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
