I think TCs are too powerful as defensive buildings. I get that them not being touchable (outside of perhaps cuman ram shenanigans) in feudal age is part of the game design. But in castle age I feel like they are too strong at preventing raids. Spamming tcs means not only the ability to produce many villagers, but also protection for those villagers. This leads to less castle age aggression than we might otherwise see.
Towers, kreposts and castles have a minimum range. Why don't TCs? Why not make it so TCs cannot attack things standing "under it" or where the villagers collect food from sheep usually?
