Is smurf the only way to escape from TG spanish in Nomade?

I only play TG with my friends, and nomade used be our favorite map. But ever since we past 2k in TG elo, we only face a minimal civ pool, which are Spanish with their fuckking annoying conq, persian, berber, malian, and mongol (this is from our experience, but stat from https://aoestats.io/map/nomad/RM_TEAM/1650+ do support my claim). We don't really like any of those civ, so we always end up having tier 3 civ against S tier civ on nomade, which make game unfair and unfun for any sensible player (go fuckk those players who like perma stomp). We always enable all random, but those player are just thirsty for those lp and it's getting annoying. So what can I do to play against something else except inting to get my elo low enough or just buy a smurf? I'll also add that normal queue is not possible, because every game is a coinflip where we stomp or get stomp, so I only play ranked to have even match. I'll take any advice to face those civs, but me being able to win against them doesn't change the facts that I'm getting tired to faces those civ.
