Kind of new player

It's been a long time long time since I played AoM. And last time I was a child and probably very bad. I just re-download the game, and now that I'm pretty good at RTS, I would have liked to know if there was a website that listed buils orders (I looked quickly but did not find), if there was there a multiplayer with ranking/ELO (to avoid being stomped every time?
