Hello guys, used to love AoE II as a kid and now getting back to it with Hidden Cup hype and stuff. I'm trying 1vs1 Arabia against the AI and it always completely overwhelms me. I can body them easily on "Standard" but when I up the difficulty to "Moderate" the skill gap seems insane and they always rush me with tons of archers and pikemen with also knights, monks and rams.
I try to raid them in feudal with scouts (I play Mongols) to strike their economy but they have spearmen already ready for me and if I try to boom they always demolish me.
Any tips to improve ? I've done the Sun Tzu tutorials so I'm doing the boar lure and I know TC must produce villagers at all time but I still struggle.
