Upgrading Dual Monitors - Please help

I am a recreational 1500 ELO player and getting a dual monitor set up for work. I'm a photographer and want to get two Dell P2421DC 24 inch monitors but I don't want the 60hz and 8ms response time to slow me down or negatively impact performance with playing AoE.

Questions:

1. Is a 24 inch monitor better than 27 inch for AoE2 DE?
2. Is a 60hz refresh rate fast enough? Will I notice a difference in AoE by getting a gaming monitor (144/165/240hz). I don't play any other games.
3. Do you have a recommendation for a better, dual monitor set up for gaming and creative work?

I use a MacBook for photography and a custom PC build for AoE
