Toxic player

So i played a RM teamgame on nomade this morning and one of my teammates thought is a good idea to insult me. normaly i don't care but he spamed the hole game and its just annoying.

is there a way to report him so he get a timeout or a ban eventually. I did not play great but the reason is probably that i'm just a bad player. people tend to forget that they get matched with people that have the same skill. anyway i just hope there is a way to punsh such a behavior.
