After the last patch, a few “underpowered” civs \)^(cough goths cough\)* got some attention. So i ask you now, what civs are left that need some attention? IMO tatars, turks and teutons (yes, still) could use some love. What buffs (not just civs but units or techs too) do you guys want to see happen?
