No matter the map, no matter the Civ it's always the same story with the AI. The minute it gets to feudal age, roughly about 10:30-45 it immediately builds two ranges and pumps out archers and skirms. M@A are too slow to do any real damage and if you build archers / skirms you'll get outdone by the AI's micro of the units. Scouts seem your best bet but the damage you think you've done will be completely undermined by how good the AI is at microing ever single individual unit that it's almost futile.
Does anyone have a recording of themselves rushing AND defeating the Extreme AI on the latest patch on Arabia? Would love to see how it's done.
